HOLY COW, that's terrible!!! I've seen him play with his Beatle Juice cover band many, many times and they were fantastic. Brad was a terribly nice guy, too.

    Wow, this is a bummer.

Weirdest thing is that he lived in my town. I never would have known. I live in a tiny town and I would have thought I would've at least bumped into the guy.

WOW, that really sucks. Boston is one of my favorite bands, and I have seen them a couple of times. Their sound was always spot-on in concert. Used to crank up their first album (on 8-track) in the 70's when I was cruisin thru town on a Saturday night. So sad.

I just found out a good friend of mine passed away Wednesday too. Lost my Dad a year ago last week. I don't like the first part of March anymore. :( :(

I hope it's a mistake of some sort, there's no confirmation yet anywhere else.

He had plans to sing with Boston this summer, if the official Boston website can be believed, and he also just got engaged.... the same day as Scholtz did as well, without either knowing ahead of time!

No mention here, so I'm hoping it's a mistake....

wow... Boston's been a huge part of life at many different stages. So sad.

I'm glad we have the recordings. Time to spin S/T & Don't Look Back tonight.

man.... I am blown away by this news.

people dying young a lot lately. 55 ? thats just not right.

Boston was my first real love for a band. I seen them twice back in the old days. they were great and I got Brads Autograph. I have it framed on my wall with the third stage ticket and album cover.

    what a bummer. :(
