Just wondering does anybody have any idea what titles are coming from Audio Fidelity in the New Year. Joe Walsh and Alice Cooper are coming next week but after that no news.

I am looking forward to this title. Quite frankly, I hope that they slow down on 70s music and do more 50s, 60s, 80s and 90s.

    These three have been confirmed:

    B-52s - B-52s
    Asia - Asia
    Styx - Grand Illusion

    :righton:

Even though that Styx disc might be a 70s album, it is different than the Alice cooper and Deep Purple stuff that we have been getting.

The reason I asked was that there is very little on the web site and here surprisingly enough. I note that Steve does not appear to be as involved as he once was, this may be an a wrong impression on my part. I like the idea of the B52s but the metal titles leave me cold as do the Asia and Styx titles. However as I am unfamiliar with these artists except for the hits, I am open to persuasion. There must be many titles and artists out there crying out for Steves touch. I would love some 50s, 60s, 70s and 90s titles. Marshall must be able to get some. By the way I am a Platinum club member I am pleased with all the releases I have received to date.

No might about it. The Grand Illusion is most definitley a '70s album. Have you noticed how the band is dressed on the back cover photo? Look at the hair. :yikes:

  19. That Asia album is one of my favorites. It does sound OK though, so I wondering what else can be done. Work your magic!

The other two Asia albums after - really sound bad - Alpha and Astra. Very compressed and sterile.
