IMO, any Lou Reed, at least from a year with 4 numbers in it, is bad...maybe if he were Eastern European he'd be both unintentionally funny and bad....

There's a Devo video with a guy trying to drink a milkshake while he's getting shaken up by one of those artificial exercise machines and a "baby" is sticking a fork in a toaster, from around 1982.
