Man I wish I was getting the Linda Lindas. That will be some age whiplash.

Clearly there's some top-secret anti-aging serum that can only be administered every 4 days without killing the user.

We shall see. It is a glorified soundcheck. Not like he's going to be running all over the place.

I get Tyler Childers at my show. Nothing against him personally, but I’m not a huge country fan, and I doubt many other Stones fans are clamoring for this. Whatever.

Bettye LaVette opening a stadium show for The Stones is honestly one of the coolest things I've seen in ages. It's like the old days when they'd bring the old bluesmen on tour.

    Lucky Dip question:

I was fortunate to get Lucky Dip tickets to Foxboro. My question is: there any rhyme or reason toward getting a pair of good seats via this route? Like, do those who show up early get a better shot at a pair of decent seats, is it truly random, or is it preordained?

I don't have much interest in the opener and would prefer to pre-game in the lot during their set - but not if that's going to mean I'm definitely in the nosebleeeds. Thanks!

I’ve got dip tix too. From what I’ve read, it’s totally random. They divide tix up beforehand and put them in an envelope with your name on it. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

I’ve done Lucky Dips several times.

Sometimes they are pre-sorted in envelopes with your name already written on it.

Other times, they just had a stack of tickets and hand you whatever is on top.

But I don’t believe there’s any way to guarantee a better dip. It’s random.

Just picked up tix to the first show. I haven’t seen the Stones since the Licks tour and I imagine this will be my last chance.

Nothing like a new Stones tour (can't believe I can still say that), and even better, supporting a new album.

I'm taking my 14-year-old son and bringing along two of my veteran Stones friends to tour opener tonight in Houston (Pit, Keith's side!).

I live less than 20 miles from the venue so it will also be nice to sleep in my own bed tonight.

    See everybody there!

In Los Angeles, during the last 12 years, a close friend bought Lucky Dips 3 times. Pit twice, close loge once. Not bad, I say.

I was hoping Houston would inspire them to pull out 'Far Away Eyes', 'You Got The Silver', 'Country Honk', and 'Dreamy Skies', etc. etc., and that 'Dead Flowers' would win the fan vote.

    Swing and a miss.

Not liking Keith only doing one song. Looking like a typical setlist other than that

is there a fan vote for every show?

Mick was a bit lost vocally on "Angry" despite them tuning it down. Otherwise everything seems right !
