Dec 1, 2008: Audio Fidelity LIVE ON VINYL series announced!

New Audio Fidelity "LIVE ON VINYL" series kicks off with The Ramones IT'S ALIVE! A two LP set that we will be mastering soon. Many more great live titles to come in this great new series all to be mastered by Hoffman/Gray.

Jan 1, 2008: More Blue Note 45 RPM and SACD madness!

Analogue Productions (the releasing arm of ACOUSTIC SOUNDS) is releasing 25 primo vintage BLUE NOTE titles on both 45 RPM virgin vinyl AND dual-layer SACD's starting this year. These are some of the best known Blue Notes, mastered by Steve Hoffman and Kevin Gray from the original Rudy Van Gelder master tapes. Keep an eye out for these!

Sep 10, 2007: Blue Note 45RPM Reissues

BLUE NOTE JAZZ fans, take note! The new "Music Matters, Ltd" reissue label (in conjunction with Capitol/EMI) is issuing over 60 of the classic vintage BLUE NOTE jazz albums freshly cut at 45 RPM by Steve Hoffman and Kevin Gray from the original RUDY VAN GELDER session master tapes. Each album with fully restored gatefold jackets and photographs of the RVG sessions right from the original camera negatives. First releases are scheduled for October-November, 2007! Stay tuned!!
