could you please point to where i read up on the rules of which threads questions may be asked and to what dates they may be brought back from?

otherwise i would suggest you stop threadcrapping, or google it.....

I don’t see his post as being snarky, but rather, quite realistic.

Now if he had asked a question about one of the fab four ....

The cover is based on video images by Malcolm Porter, Peter Gabriel, and David Gardner (according to the liner notes) and I’ve always seen these distorted images as a reference to his synthesizing 3rd world rhythms into his music. He was taping a lot of 3rd world musicians for inspiration after “Biko” (and long before Paul Simon).

Easy folks. Sheesh. Was just making what I thought to be a practical suggestion with a hint of sarcasm.

Not intended to be anything more than that.

It was taken from some video footage. I can't recall what for. It is documented in the PG biography by Spencer Bright.

Apologies for missing this one. I don't believe it does, but I honestly haven't checked.

    I have,

    Geffen 2011-2 (800091-2) [Matrix=800 091-2 3] [West German Target (silver / black)]

and it matches the above numbers.

This is a really old thread, but I just found a 32VD-1014 black triangle in a used bin for not too much. I definitely like this one the best of the three cd versions I've heard (regular, WG Target being the others) but I noticed this morning that it is indexed incorrectly. The "We will walk..." coda of "San Jacinto" is appended to "I Have The Touch". Is this something I could fix in XLD by ripping to a single file +cue and then manually editing the cue file timing values prior to splitting?

That would certainly work. You will probably need to put the single file into an editor which has the ability to indicate time in mm:ss:ff so that you can get an idea of the timecode value you will need to enter for the Track Start value.
