I forgot about that one. That's a good deal.

 

I am surprised this will include "Sings The Great Hits Of Today." As legend has it, Tony believed the album was so wretched that he actually vomited during the sessions...

 

"Great Hits of Today" has some moments of brilliance amongst the drek.

"McArthur Park" (verse only)
"Something"
"Live for Life"

 

It's already started. A few years ago a Propper box set was issued with 4 CD's covering stuff from 1950-1959.

 

By selling 20,000 copies of the $500 box sets.

 

love Tony, but no more extravagant box sets for me...$500.00? maybe 20 years ago...

 

Worldwide, maybe they could sell 20,000. People in Japan and Germany and all over know T. Bennett.
