For the original asking price the set should have included a real trumpet!

My order did say 'Processing ships in 1-2 business days' yesterday but now it says 'No Key. ships in 1-2 business days'. What on earth does that mean? Anyone else have this?

Well I sent them an email and got a reply in a few hours to say it was still 'processing' and would be shipping soon. So thats good at least! Fingers crossed eh? I seem to be in this 'no mans land' at the moment from various sellers worldwide between either sent, almost sent or not bloody here yet :(

  10. Sorry to hear about that, :(.

I don't know how really they work at popmarket, because I never officially got a "shipping" email, I just checked the "order placed" email from weeks ago and read that it had shipped. Ironically, the stuff was coming from Nashville, which is only about 5 hours away from Atlanta. But it took 3 weeks to process and ship...

I am hoping for the best for you!:righton:

Thanks Ryan. Enjoy yours when they arrive. Hopefully mine not too far behind :)

  12. Received my Hendrix bundle today. In a smaller tightly wrapped record mailer (all 5 of them, 9 LPs total), but everything looks to be in good shape.

I am so far blown away with the sound on AYE. Nothing like I have ever heard it before. Wow!

    Much more listening to come!

Let me know when you get yours, too.

    :)

The website has listed in the Complete section:

    John Denver - 25 CDs
    $229 list price!

  14. Yep, that appears to be a new item on the site. I will wait to see what it gets priced at on sale. Most of the included CDs have been available for around $5 individually the past few years, so it is not the incredible bargain it first appears at that price.

Cool news. Sounds like it's well worth the wait? Well guess what? Mine have shipped today too :) so in anything between a week to a month I'll get mine. Life downunder eh? I hope mine survive the long journey in that small mailer. But at least it's coming! :goodie:

  16. Yessir! Be excited! Well worth the wait, especially for the price. I will admit that I am only a casual Hendrix fan and have only ever heard the '97 remasters and their subsequent digital copies. But I was blown away!

AYE is a classic, Axis is stunning, and I am getting into Ladyland now and it is killer too.

I know you will enjoy! And congrats and good luck on the shipment and journey, haha.

  21. Congrats! I really feel it is stellar. I actually listened to AYE again last night! I am trying to listen to them in order and haven't even made it through the first LP of Ladyland. They are just so amazing.

    Have fun!

Seriously some great stuff on these sets, and worth the price just to have that Ray Charles performance alone.

  23. It's definitely a great DVD set, about as cheap as I have ever seen it. The thing never goes on sale.

Hey mine arrived too! Slightly marred enthusiasm as each spine got dented to the point of collapse. Looks like a thrift shop bargain! Maybe it adds some 60's authenticity! It's such a shame as the covers were reproduced so fathfully with nice details to the USA original sleeves. At least the music should be good. I've written to popmarket to complain as those mailers definitely DIDN'T protect them well enough to get here in Oz or against a spiteful courier dropping them from a great height :( I hope others DON'T suffer my misfortune. I'll still enjoy listening to them anyway of course.
