O.K., this is positive, I thought it was cancelled and it wouldn't have surprised me.

Too bad they didn't include the early BBC sessions with Eno. I would love to get them in good sound.

I wonder if they feel the 24/96 HiRez option is not popular enough, but could be made a separate entity available on HDTracks or whatever?

Or maybe it's something to do with the condition of the original tapes, I'm sure I read this before somewhere.

Those could turn up in the forthcoming deluxe edition of Roxy Music.

Does it actually say anywhere that "the DVDs have been shelved"?

I'm out if the hi-rez is cancelled. What a disappointment. :thumbsdn:

I'm actually more interested now that there will be 2 CD's of B sides,etc....the hi rez would be nice but this is shaping up to be a decent collection.

    Same here.

If they drop the DVDs, will they drop the price?

Maybe they're going to release a CD version first and see how it does before releasing a high-res version.

I would be shocked if this thing made 10,000 units in sales. Shocked. Hard to imagine they could recoup the development costs of two versions. I'm guessing we'll get what we get, and that's it.

    Too bad.

I'd rather have the hi-rez but those bonus discs do look mighty tempting.
