Seems that Goats Head Soup and Love You Live are listed as "out of print" now as well

 

What now? Do you recommend to purchase them even if I don't have SACD playback capacity yet?

 

That's a very tough call, because if the more popular ones ever did go out of print, I'm sure they would quickly escalate in price on the used market.

 

CDJapan is now showing all of the titles as still in print.

 

jeez, a good SACD player can be had for the price of less than four of these discs. go get a used Pioneer DV79i for pete's sake. i remember when the Genesis box sets came out and everybody complained that they weren't going to get an SACD player due to the cost, sheesh! A player is less than the cost of one of these sets, a decent one at that. Get a decent player used, then complain about the cost of the discs.

 

This title seems to be drying up on ebay and out of print at cdjapan.....time to buy?
