Hi 5-String. That's a Sansui 8080 receiver on the top shelf; I have a bunch of the vintage receivers from the Sansui x0x0 series.

 

European works for me!

 

I don't know much about European electronics, but I can attest with 100% certainty that European girls work for me!

Gorgeous set. The Rowen Pre amps and Dr. Thomas Musical Fidelity Mono Blocks are excellent - got any link or info on these by chance ?

I have the same receiver. It's built like a tank and sounds outstanding.

What do you think of FM Acoustics?

 

hey dave: never heard of fm acoustics ... sorry! just googled them and seen that they're swiss...
(but then I'm probably much less gear addicted than most people around here ... ;-)

 

the 47 labs equipment is stunning.

how does it sound? One dealer in England!

 

I'm currently running an all analogue setup and this combination is comparable to an all out $20,000 tube system for one third the cost but gives up a little in the bass regions.
Like apples and oranges though... depends on the sound you're after.

 

Ok, no problem. I figured FM Acoustics was all over Switzerland.

 

How about Dartzeel (Hervé Delétraz) in Geneva or Vacuum State Electronics (Allen Wright) in Schaffhausen?
