True, but I think Passion Sources, the original Eastern and North African music that Passion is based on, is far more interesting.

Imho, "Passion" stands better on its own - if you know what I mean - and flows better.

 

Some great, great albums in this list that would be my favorites on any other day of the week. But just to be a contrarian (I don't see this listed elsewhere)

Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul "MEN WITHOUT WOMEN" (1983).

I never tire of this record and still find great enjoyment in it.

 

The list needs more jazz/blues/country/reggae/and classical etc
