My Glorious Grundig!

A friend of mine (yes, I do have friends--some) just bought a beautiful Grundig console in LA, but he needs someone to fix it. Apparently, the FM is dead. Can anyone advise a good tube techie who doesn't sneer at these in LA for him.

I have several Emud and Telefunken German table radios. I almost ended up with a console like pdenny's for free but I just didn't have the room. The color was kinda bland though if I remember correctly.

 

Magic eyes are easy to find if you know where to look. I can't tell from the pics but it looks to me like it may possibly be an EM84, they are still used in guitar amps and are not rare. Try one of these companies:
