    I emailed Sony again today just asking for a confirmation that they received my email request and approx 5 minutes later got a tracking number that says it was shipped out on the 13th.

    When I checked the tracking number I got the same message as you, it's being held up. It mentions I should contact Customer Service, I guess I might tomorrow if they are open.
