McCartney II secret meaning of the inner sleeve photos

I wasn't aware that Paul owed us an explanation.

 

He's wearing Lennon specs in 1 pic
He has slanted eyes in another pic
Unfortunately John died 6 months later after release so would he want to admit anything after that?

 

And what does that photo mean with the beads that are in a "Ring" and form a big "O"? Beats me.

IMO it's Paul as George (fake glasses - and moustache - pic), John ('Lennon' glasses pic) and Ringo.

Paul did not "confirm" that the Ram artwork had any intention of taking a direct swipe at John. It was John's paranoid fantasy that "Dear Boy" was directed at him, that all of Paul's anger and grief over the Beatles' acrimonious breakup was just vitriol directed at John personally, yada yada yada... and people like you still believe that rubbish.

These are just goofy photos that Paul took to amuse himself and his fans, nothing more.

 

It more likely would have had Yoko's
Involvement since she was the one into witchcraft and tarot cards etc
On the lennon side it's rumors from insiders who don't have very good integrity
However it's hard to deny the unflattering picture of McCartney wearing Lennon specs in a bathrobe
I find it fascinating myself

this would be my guess as well. I don't think the 4 ex beatles were on real bad terms at the time of this photo session. Also. Yoko and John setting Paul up for a drug bust is complete rubbish. It never happened...and even if it did..how the heck would McCartney find out about it.

 

That picture of Paul with the "Asian eyes." I have an answer for you.
That's a cutout from the souvenir program for the late great Gilda Radner's one woman show, Gilda--Live From New York, which ran in 1979.
I have a copy of the program somewhere, and it contains a cut out doll page, like the fake Sgt. Pepper mustache insert. The "Asian eyes" are actually Gilda's, from one of her SNL characters--I think it was the prom date character.
I saw the show in 79, even sat behind Tom Snyder. I bought the program, and instantly recognized the cut out in the McCartney picture back in 1980 when McCartney 2 was released.
Paul probably saw the same Broadway show. And, didn't Gilda live in the Dakota?
