The seller is actually telling me the following:

"I would advise you to close that thread immediately. You do not have the right to harrass someone's business over one sale."

The only person impeding the seller's business is himself - and several other posters in this thread can testify to that, along with me.

Admins - please do something to get this seller to issue a refund immediately.

Two pieces of cardboard taped together to ship a $40 LP is an insult to the buyer and an absolute joke.

Those deep scratches are what the seller considers to be "hairline wisps"?

I asked why he can't simply get a family member or friend to issue a refund via Paypal. If you do business properly - you find a way to make it right in a situation like this.

 

I'm in a similair situation (same seller). Check has been cashed and the package has still not been sent out. The seller has repsonded to PM's and says it will be sent out this weekend. Fingers crossed.
