This was a great album, but the problem was Steppenwolf fans said "that's not Steppenwolf" while country fans said "John Kay, that's Steppenwolf". But it was a great album where John showed his influences as well as some really good original songs.

 

I had a white label promo copy of that back in the day.

 

It's a crappy song. But that doesn't usually stop the radio stations.
