There should be both. But not in the same #*&! box, please.

There will be both. EMI is in control. Ian Anderson is cooperating with EMI's wishes concerning the 40th anniversary of the original Brick.
    Damn right!

    too damn real

If that means losing the dreary saxophone, that's fine with me, but something needs to take its place.

Somehow I missed this.. but the possible existence of a 5.1 APP makes me happy. I will probably find some way to fork over the cash for the TAAB and AAP box sets...

Right. I just respond, I have no control over the Tull fanatics that start all of these Brick threads.

$65.99 is still better than anywhere else. Hope they honor my order at the $26.99 price. Otherwise, I don't really need another copy of TAAB.

New remix streaming here for the next 24 hours.

Edit: it's a low bitrate stream... sort of harsh on my canalbuds, but I'll wait until I buy the CD to make a real judgement. It doesn't sound terribly different than the original mix, but that's a good thing. Some details brought out, but in a really subtle way. A little less reverb in places.

Edit 2: Oh, and they broke it up into seperate tracks....

The drum solo has little chime parts... the first chime part has been changed from the original mix... it almost sounds like a mistake.

I just looked at the mobile player for the live stream, and it's split into two tracks like the original LP. Whatever.
