I remastered PHIL COLLINS "But Seriously" today for Audio Fidelity. Sounds fantastic.

    You never know...

Now the wait for Amazon "expedited" shipping - it's been very slow here recently, but at least they refund costs when it misses their timeframe.

As I listen enjoying this, checking out the credits and learning David Crosby and Graham Nash are doing backing on some songs. :righton: ... but a serious Phil fan would already know this. Better late than never. :D

ordered May 3 from amazon, sadly "Not yet shipped" and I'm a bit worried. Took amazon months to finally get and send Face Value, I'm willing to be patient as long as I get it at some point....

My copy arrived yesterday. I sampled through parts and it sounds so much nicer than the original disc. I'll play it through this weekend. The hollowness on some tracks is gone and everything is smoothed out. Thanks Steve!

I have to say, this sounds superb. Four for four on Phil. Really, really great.

    Just Crosby, no Nash.

Really? They could be wrong but All Music has "Crosby & Nash" listed in the credits.

I knew Crosby does BVs on Another Day...
I wasn't aware of Nash being on the album though.

I'm reminded of Crosby's Hero, which has Collins singing BVs. Great track.

I don't believe it - the AF But Seriously is on Amazon UK for just under £13 plus just a couple of quid postage! Yes Seriously!

I bought two - one to keep, one to sell later! :edthumbs:

The album that keeps giving!

Listening to it now - sounds fantastic. Thanks, Steve!

"Do You Remember" sounds brilliant. This is one of my favourite songs by Collins. Not sure why it was left off "Hits".

Are "Phil's people" the crew at Hit & Run? Tony Smith, et al?

I thought No Jacket Required was tracked to analog and mixed-down to digital. The SPARS code on the original release is ADD.

I got mine also a few days ago and it sounds wonderful to my ears, like listening to a whole new album.

Sounds really good. I think especially "Colours" and "I wish it would rain down" shine. Good work, Steve! :) Please bring on "Both sides" next. :agree:
