The White Album needs no fixing.

Don't try to fix what ain't broke! Simple ideology that fits perfectly here!

There are only 14 or 16 tracks (something like that) which feature all four of the Beatles together. I would like to hear just those songs strung together in order that they appear on original album. At least it would be a more complete Beatles performance album.

But I am not sure which songs are the all inclusive tunes.

Interesting how John-heavy this list is.

I'm with ya here. I've 'fixed' albums in the past, enjoy the fixes, but they always still seem 'wrong.' The original is stamped in my memory.

    It's fun to "fix" things.

Thank you, and I think it's a good strong album that covers most of the textures of the complete double. This would have been a hit album!

I am surprised that Guitar Gently Weeps is not a full Beatles ordeal?

^Gotta agree with George, Ringo, and Sir George Martin on this one. (7:47-8:52)

    Here's my version.

    Side A:

    1. Revolution-(the hard-rocking single version) Great opener, really sets the tone
    2. Dear Prudence
    3. Glass Onion
    4. Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
    5. The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill
    6. While My Guitar Gently Weeps
    7. Happiness is a Warm Gun

    Approx. 24 minutes

    Side B:

    1. Yer Blues
    2. Mother Nature's Son
    3. Blackbird
    4. Not Guilty-IMO the most egregious exclusion from the original album. Fits well here between all the acoustic numbers. Gives George his one song per side as well.
    5. I'm So Tired
    6. I Will
    7. Helter Skelter
    8. Cry Baby Cry-The 'Can You Take Me Back' ending really works to close the album.

    Approx. 24 minutes

Yer Blues is an odd side opener, and this song following Happiness is a Warm Gun is also odd to me. Helter coming on the heels of I Will is also jarring.

Very odd sequencing, but I like your track selections.

Fair enough, thanks! :tiphat: I tried to stay as faithful as possible to the original track listing, while trying keep a good mix of electric and acoustic.
