I have a few RCA reissues under this same label--a couple of Esquivel titles, and a few Mancini, and they all sound quite good. I believe my Blues And The Beat, Mancini Touch and More Music from Peter Gunn are all from this series as well. Mid 90s vintage, I believe.

Can't say those 80s CDs were favorites of mine. The Breakfast at Tiffany's to me sounded a bit compressed and dull compared to the LiViNg StErEo vinyl copies I own. This is one I'd like to try other versions of. I grew up with many of these albums on mono vinyl, but they've seen better days. :agree: Between CD and vinyl, I have at least fifty Mancini titles in my collection (not counting duplicates). The BMG series from Spain (reissues produced by Jordi Pujol) are nothing special sound-wise (BMG in the U.S. would not send out the masters, so Spain had to use what they had on hand, which was often mono), but are often the only way to get a clean copy of some of these long out of print albums!
