Dual Disc Pushing Out DVD-A and SACD?

    I'm refering to the thickness of the disc, not the cd layer itself which is thinner than what is allowed by the cd spec. The point is that the thickness of the disc is within the spec for how thick a cd can be. Dual disc won't damage damage a player (poorly designed slot loaders excepted).
