You should count it. :) The WB cd was not made from the original tapes. EMI has those, no doubt.

Look for a green Warner vinyl :) And of your copy comes with calligraphy style lyric sheet, bonus!
US Palm Tree copies from the 1980's had those sheets too.

    I have on vinyl

    Australian Harvest
    2 UK Harvest
    German Horzu
    US WB
    Canadian WB

so to say I have looked for a great sounding copy is an understatement.

I am looking forward to seeing what our host can do to In Rock, I liked the WDWTWA but have to admit I prefer the original UK Purple by a hair

  6. Who would want to listen to the crippled version of Speed King? It was a ridiculous decision to cut the intro out, made by some guy who was worried about the commercial aspects of the album and sales figures.

    Agreed.

Gotta have the "crash and burn" intro. It's one of the most exciting (and intense) starts to an album ever.

Amazing news. This is one of my favorite albums of all time. I've been considering splurging for an early UK vinyl pressing. Now, I think I will wait for this CD!

I got my WDWTWA cd the other day and I can't wait to get In Rock. A proper Machine Head would be a plus as well
