I posted all those very recent Robert Palmer listings (no, I don't know the individual CD release dates but it was probably late 80s.) Most of them were much better in dynamic range than I would have expected....but I always knew they sounded pretty good to my ears.

I submitted the original CD mastering of the Harder They Come soundtrack and it does have excellent dynamic range.

 

This looks like it could be a useful site if everyone is able to update the database.
I went ahead and signed up, but seems odd that the web site is not updated that often.
