Beatles Box Sets Price Watch (Part 7)

Used record stores in Toronto often have them for $150.
BMV on Bloor St has a used one (downstairs) for $99.

 

When it rains, it pours.

I noticed Best Buy had it for $99 last night, but was not available for store pickup even though they showed in stock locally. Went after work with a print out to talk them into a sale price, but no need. All three sets were already marked down to $99. I grabbed one and headed home. Thye had some other interesting stuff. Huge Tom Petty Box set for $29, Beatles Abbey road vinyl for $13.

I'm doing pretty good finacially on my first 3 box sets. Got the Zep Mini set for that $87 price, The Doors Felt Forum for $53, and now this for half off! I need more cheap box sets!

 

It actually went up to $130 + shipping so it didn't seem that outrageous.

 

What was the Petty set?

 

Live Anthology, I'm hoping? (and dreaming of one near me).

The retail price shown for the Petty box is $149.98, but also only shows the four disc track listing.

Well, I just did it. I ordered 2 of these. I've been kicking myself since missing out on the deal in December from Bull Moose here on our forum.

I think I came out better on this deal with free shipping and no tax. Thanks for posting this.
