The song just starts very quietly, and gradually increases in volume. When the bass and drums kick in it gets really loud. I'd never had a fuse pop on my tube amps before - I suppose it couldn't swing enough voltage for the speaker.
Don't know, don't care really; just glad it's over. EAGLES Greatest Hits was the best selling DCC. Nothing could top that.
If they, AF, are going to do the second pressing, does that mean they'll use the same glass master or produce another for the second run. Or does it matter? It appears CD Universe may not have been high on the list as my order is still waiting to be filled.
I think there was a advisory of sorts, in the liner notes, for the remaster of the Hollies' Long Dark Road on the Epic Anthology CD, regarding a bass part.
My CD Universe shipped today. I had also ordered from Amazon but they haven't shipped yet, so it's been canceled.
