Many Sony CDs sound fantastic, better in fact than a lot of so-called "audiophile" CDs I own. Of course there are some that sound horrible as well. As far as major labels go, Sony's batting average is higher than most. Vic Anesi in particular does some terrific work. If you want to pass up on his excellent sounding remaster of Dennis Wilson's Pacific Ocean Blue, or Elvis Legacy Editions, Sly & the Family Stone, etc. it's your loss, IMO. If you only listen to music that's been released by labels like AF or MFSL, I feel sorry for you.

It's either a mistake / mixup of some kind or ... read from left.

I seem to remember similar Amazon incidents in the past, which ended with cancelled orders...

All of my orders are already listed as "Shipping Soon", so that's a good sign.

 

$14 and I just ordered something like 10 cds. Mostly Dylan and Springsteen. And 4 were double cds!

 

I hope you get them and Amazon loses a HUGE amount of money on this!!!

Hopefully they will finally go away for good.

 

I can't think of anything else to search for and I need to spend another 6 dollars.

 

Do you have the Miles, Brubeck, Tosh, or Mingus Legacy Editions?
