There was a promotional lp of "Passion Play" that was banded for airplay (songs seperated from their segues and tight edits mainly by fades with a silent band between them). Doubtless someone out there knows how the edits match up to the playbill/libretto listing. As I recall, there were at least ten edits, "A Passion Play" edit #8 and "A Passion Play" edit #10 were issued as singles. So, who can tell me which of these "scenes" are contained in each numbered edit?
    1 Lifebeats
    2 Prelude
    3 The Silver Cord
    4 Re-Assuring Tune
    5 Memory Bank
    6 Best Friends
    7 Critique Oblique
    8 Forest Dance #1
9 The Hare blah blah blah
    10 Forest Dance #2
11 The Foot Of Our Stairs
    12 Overseer Overture
    13 Flight From Lucifer
    14 10:08 To Paddington
    15 Magus Perde
    16 Epilogue

John Buchanan I'm just a headphone kind of fellow. Stax Sigma

Anyone with an MFSL copy could answer this as they used this track listing.

 ...the only answer I have is: (maybe no help?)

Edit#8 from "MU" is 3:28 of the 4:00 "Overseer Overture".

Edit #9 from "Repeat" is 3:29 of the 3:58 "Flight From Lucifer"

    ..gotta run! :)

I have the MFSL, and it lists what I listed, but it doesn't say what the 1973 edits were comprised of.
