Why no Don Felder?

    I have been listening to the Heavy Metal soundtrack and Don Felder's two songs are great. It made me wonder why Don Felder was left out of the Eagles reunions.

    That site doesn't state the results of Felder's cases...anyone wanna save me googling and mention the outcome?

    I know he's not in the band anymore...I don't bother to see them because of it...but did his court cases succeed?
