Doors Strange Days mono

I've never heard the mono Strange Days mix - what am I missing?

Nope.

 

Mr. Steve played it for some of us once when DCC was working on Strange Days for Gold Cd. It sounded close to the stereo version but some levels were different. This was the first Doors' recording on 8 channels so there could have been greater variation but I believe the stereo and mono versions were mixed in the same few days by Mr. Botnick. I enjoy the mono mix, but mainly because it was a bit different from what I had been hearing for so long.
