Special Bob Dylan Postmark
As a stamp collector, I have just became aware of a very special, limited edition Bob Dylan Postmark. This postmark is very large and has a picture of Bob Dylan on the left side of the postmark, it says "Bob Dylan" on the postmark, and the body of the postmark says, "DYLAN DAYS STATION, MAY YOU STAY FOREVER YOUNG." This beautiful postmark is very collectable and is only available for a very short period of time.
All you have to do is address an envelope to yourself with the stamp or stamps of your choosing, (I used some very nice Beatles Yellow Submarine stamps for this project). Next, place that envelope in a larger envelope and address the outer envelope to: Dylan Days Station Box 9998 Hibbing, MN 55746-9998 Of course you must put enough postage on the outer envelope to get it Hibbing Minnisota, usally $.60 will do. The deadline to get this very special postmark is June 22nd, 2004, so you really have to hurry. After you send off your letter to Hibbing expect your custom made Bob Dylan postal cover to arrive in about 2 weeks. Good luck!!!!

Well I just recieved my Bob Dylan envelopes back from the post office and they look great. I did several, for my children and some friends, and they are all very nice looking. It is a HUGE postmark with a very nice picture of Dylan. The postmark takes up about 4 inches by 3 inches of space on the cover of the envelope, and it has been delicately hand applied to insure an even inking of the envelope. I did some with some Beatles stamps, Roy Acuff stamps as well as on some of those Woodstock stamps that the post office issued a couple of years back. In fact, I loved that Woodstock stamp so much that I still have may sheets of these to use for years to come.
