Here's a (bad) translation of the webpage text (from Japanese)

Mono and stereo for all albums! Smiley Smile...in STEREO? :o

Now..where's Wild Honey and Friends? Possible later separate reissues, box set(s), or something? Hoping for a stereo Wild Honey somewhere down the line :goodie:

I know they DID a Wild Honey. So one can only assume that it, Friends and 20/20 are coming in some kind of "second batch?"

Still: Stereo Summer Days and Smiley SMile excites me to NO END.

Questions: how did they finally come up with stereo mixes for Rhonda and Good Vibrations?? I know fans have done some great 'uns, did Mark finally break down and do similar ones?

Can it be, that Stereo in this case means "Duophonic" ???

I don't think they'd do that to us. Linett isn't that dumb (I would hope)

I've just read that they are new stereo mixes done by Mark Linett.

While I'm doubtful that these will surpass the Pastmasters versions, I'm pretty excited about the previously unavailable mono and stereo versions being made available.

Please God, let these be free from NoNoise and brickwalling!

I'm definitely curious to hear stereo mixes on some of these and hope that Wild Honey is still in the pipeline. I wonder if there will be any bonus material on these or if all of that is being saved for the presumed rarities set that's in the works.

I'm still hoping that we might someday get that Surf's Up in 5.1!

That was my reaction, too. I've heard fan mixes of a few of the items -- Wind Chimes, Wonderful, etc -- but having a legit stereo mix of that weird little album will be magnificent. Especially as for YEARS, there are chunks of stuff that have NEVER appeared in stereo.

I like the packaging, ala Beatles remasters. Hope there's a fancy boxed option.

Stereo Smiley Smile is awesome news!

Stereo Wild Honey (in a brand-new, re-balanced mix, not just applying a bit of panning to the existing mix) would be incredible, though...

Wow, that is less than a month away. Damn, I hope that these come out here. The Who reissues from Japan didn't and I did buy some of those..

One thing that tickles me....I'll have to buy yet another copy of Pet Sounds! And when you tell me I don't, I assure you...I DO!

Why would an effort like this be exclusive to Japan?

Because they are fake bootlegs like phony Beatles in Mono! We've all been had!

I ain't gonna get fully jacked until I hear official word from Capitol (preferably in English). Too short notice for massive reissue campaign.

Yeah, that would be insane (in an amazing way) if these actually came out at the end of the month.

I thought Good Vibrations was impossible to do in stereo.
Did Linett somehow solve the problem? ;)
