Have you had a look at his feedback Christian. Some of the complaints seem to be about people not getting their orders. I wonder if this one will go missing if he thought that he should have got more for it?

Yeah, you could be right there. I am quite sure they had it listed for about $1200 a month or so ago. Just have to wait and see.

I assume he didi not like the music and decided to offer it up to a lucky buyer.

In the past I have a very bad experience with this seller (lost it package and no refund given) He's never responding my emails! Finally I gave up and forget about the CD. I think he's never send my CD.

 

Why on earth would you not file with ebay and get a refund? (shaking you)

You should have hit him with a PayPal dispute as it doesn't matter about any clauses he may have put in his listing such as no refunds, not responsible for product being lost in shipping etc etc. PayPal would have probably refunded you.

The thing is that CD wasn't expensive. The total cost was about GBP 5 and I was *new* on eBay, with just few positive feedback so I just gave up and try to forget. I know it was wrong. Now (over 3 years on eBay) I stil keep away from this seller. It was only one CD that I've lost it in transit over the years and It come from this seller I would not recommend to buy anything it from him.

 

That's the thing with me anyhow. It was 3 years ago and you still remember it. That is why for me it is the principle of it all. I will not let anyone rip me off even for $1.

 

I've bought from this seller repeatedly over the years, never a problem, not once.
