    Hell YES.

Andrew, is this still in the vault? What are the odds this could be a bonus item on a new HEAD remaster, or for the remastered dvd?

    Must... stop.... SALIVATING.

That would be spectacular. But I wonder if this wasn't even in the Columbia or Rhino vaults because the label seems to indicate production and distribution by outside parties? They might have the right to include it, but maybe nobody thought to keep a copy?

In 25+ years of collecting this is the first one I've ever seen. I thought for certain it was something that never got pressed. There's also an interview disc with Tim Carey and Annette Funnicello. I've only seen that one once. I expect this will top $1,000.
If I only had the expendable cash that I used to.

"R" Ed, you gots one of dem?

I think there's a picture of it in Ed and Maggie's book, if I'm not mistaken. Never actually seen or heard one. It's rare enough that I've never even heard of the audio being traded among fans. Pretty neat find if you've got the bux.

Okay, the obvious Hoffman forum question: Stereo or Mono? :D

    reechie,

Most likely in Mono. Most such discs in that era were.

Mr. "S"...wish I did. I saw this go up and its the first time in my 40 years of collecting have I ever seen one this close. The one we showed in Manufactured Image was a photo taken from the Head press kit.

If you enlarge the photo of the label, it reads "mono hi fidelity" on the left hand side

Cool find. If the avid collectors here haven't seen it, it must be ultra rare. :)

I thought it might sell maybe 700-900, so I guessed wrong.

I just cannot go above $50 for most any type of a Monkees' collectible. I think $75 for a lot of stuff is the most I have ever paid, Monkees, Beatles or anything one eBay for a whole "lot" of collectibles. Right now, I just have no budget for fun collectibe stuff at all so I mostly avoid eBay for now. [sigh]

Guys guys guys...can we ground ourselves in some sort of reality here? If people are going to spend that sort of money on something (WHOEVER it is), then they are NOT going to come on a web board and tell us.....

"OOOHH!!! CAN YOU BURN ME A COPY!?!?!?!?!?"

    C'mon...let's be real here.......

I'd tell people that I bought it! However, this time 'round I did not bid. I don't have the expendable cash that I used to. If this were 1997, that disc would have been mine. ;)
