Holy fudgesticks batman. This looks REAL! That artwork is damn crisp, they look like they may have done some cleaning up on it? I'm not finding any other vendors advertising these yet.?

Or they finally use original separation and restored them on computer in high resolution. The colours are nice, well shiny.

 

NOW it starts. Either this is real or that's an excellent April Fool (a bit late though). Surprised they're going for stereo across the board. Maybe they'll be in two batches, stereo first then some monos.

There's definitely something to this story, as September 9, 2009 is the date "The Beatles: Rock Band" video game goes on sale. Makes sense that Apple/EMI would tie reissues into that release, as the Rock Band and Guitar Hero video games have helped sales for many of the bands they've featured, mostly notably Aerosmith and the Who.

 

Surely they can't do Pepper in just stereo. We can't tell from the cover of course..you're right tho' NOW it REALLY starts!!!!!

Superb! I refrained from buying any Beatles albums except Sgt. Pepper. Guess it's time to save up for September......

 

Its interesting to see that the Ciggarette is still in McCartneys hand on Abbey Rd, I would have thought that would have been airbrushed out?

Not too sure I like the idea of Pastmasters still being around. How about putting all the mono 45s together on two discs, that would be far better?
