New Audio Fidelity series "LIVE ON VINYL", kicks off with The Ramones IT'S ALIVE!

    Audio Fidelity is launching a great live series on LP to be called LIVE ON VINYL.

    Starting the series off will be the famous legendary RAMONES recording "IT'S ALIVE!"


    This 2-LP set was recorded at the Rainbow Theatre, London, on December 31, 1977, and originally released in April 1979.

    More details later but this is coming first quarter '09.

    Since I was probably the first guy in LA to buy the 45 of SHEENA IS A PUNK ROCKER back in the day I'm excited to be working on this..

    I bought the English import lp when it first came out. A tad shrill. Hope you're able to tame the beast.

    oh i listen to my needledrop of this pressing all the time. I think it sounds great, betters the WB cd which sounds like damaged tape to me.

    I'll be most curious to hear what SH does with it....:righton:

  20. So did I. My friends thought I was nuts to spend so much money on a record but what a great concert - and a great choice for this new series.
