My Paul McCartney Mono Ram Needledrop (Dear Boy)

Am finishing up my needledrop of Ram in Mono, I must say it is a much better album than I gave it credit for.

Is the bass like that on the record or have you tweaked it a bit?

 

I did not add anything at all, I noticed on a CD-R I have from elsewhere the bass is much more bloated than this, but this is what came off the record

 

Sounds great! Haven't listened to my DESS CD in a while, but I'm sure this will give it a run for its money.

You picked a good song. Whenever I go to the mono, that is usually the song I start with. It was the most noticable for me at first listen and I definitely prefer the mono to the stereo, which I can't say for the lp as a whole.

 

Hey, sounds great. "Dear Boy" is my favorite song from Ram. How did you find a mono pressing of this album? They aren't easy to find!

 

At a garage sale by a collector with about 20 collectors all around, go figure heh, I always look inside RAM LP's
