I do! It was tough to get the final issues, but I was able to complete the set through eBay about 5 years ago.

I dropped into the witchwood to see what i could see...

Why, Dave Cousins, of course. :D

Saw the Acoustic Strawbs at Painted Sky in Cambria (a Cd exists) a few years back, front row (of only ten rows) center, and got a few Lps and Cds signed along with a picture of me and Dave. A vey nice bloke. :agree:

Maybe my Stawbs Collection will be next. :righton:

    cheers,

PS: Open Road is my fave Donovan album, and Witchwood my fave Strawbs.

    Some Stones from DE

Now it's time for some Rolling Stones: German bookclub and others; the "Limited Edition" is an Australian pressing, NOT the "real" one, but very nice & mint.

Here's (one of) mine. For years I was a feverish collector of 8-track tapes. Yes, I can hear you laughing! I'm laughing too, because I really dig the kitsch factor in collecting a format that is the bastard stepchild of all audio formats. Anyhow, after a few years of collecting in the mid 90s, I finally obtained a copy of one of the rarest tapes of all: The Stooges - Funhouse (already had S/T, Raw Power and Metallic KO). Here it is in all it's lo-fi glory! Note alternate cover. (BTW, it sounds FANTASTIC in this ragged format!)

Oh, thanks for posting those! As a big R.E.M. fan that's eye-candy...

But what is that CD between Life's Rich Pageant and Dead Letter Office? I assume it's Document?

My first cassette, rather expensive in 1971. Oh how I wish I had bought the vinyl, because at the time in Germany it was the multi fold-out cover for The Man Who, which had been reduced a bit for the cassette inlay
