    Hi Scott,

Yes, I did a number of Linda Ronstadt CDs.
Wish I could remember the titles.
I know the Nelson Riddle stuff was among the ones I did - two volumes of that, I believe.

    Best regards,
    Barry

    Barry,

Love your mastering work on CD. Nice warm vinyl sound. I am building up a nice CD collection of your work. They are among the essential Cds of my collection!

  4. Barry, too bad you can't recall which titles they were, as most of Linda's CD's (original), sound great.

  5. Barry, did you do any of the following three CD's?

Law and Order - Lindsey Buckingham

    Empty Glass - Pete Townsend

All The Best Cowboys Have Chinese Eyes - Pete Townshend

    Hi Scott,

Buckingham: don't think so but don't remember (I'd guess Joe Sidore)

Empty Glass: Joe Sidore at Warner Brothers did this

    Cowboys: Yup, that was me.

    Best regards,
    Barry

Did you do any of the other "Ultimate" series? Specifically I'm wondering about The Ultimate Coasters and The Ultimate Dr. John. Great sound on both of those.

The Coasters one is cool because of that's the only place I've heard the stereo mixes on the later stuff.

  12. I never got rid of my original.

I always loved the way it sounded. I'm glad I kept it. :agree:

Is this a hard one to locate?

  14. I don't know, as I have not looked for it for a long time.

Sorry, that's the best I can do at the moment.

I love this cd! Is it to much to ask that this be re-released in hi-res? :D

Does anyone have catalog numbers and/or pics for Barry's AC/DC work?
    Thanks

I think we should add Led Zeppelin's "In Through The Out Door" to the list.

Did Barry Diament do the Genesis? I have the Japan black triangle, but have not listened to it in ages.

    My favorites are:

    AC/DC - Back in Black
AC/DC - For Those About to Rock (this is amazing)
AC/DC - Highway to Hell (not certain, but it sounds just like BIB and FTATR)
    Led Zeppelin - IV
Led Zeppelin - Houses of the Holy
    Pete Townshend - White City

And one of my favorite guilty pleasures:

Stacey Q - Better Than Heaven

    Hi bangsezmax,

I did do a Coasters collection. It might have been "The Ultimate Coasters" or it might have been another one put out by Atlantic.

    Best regards,

Barry, how do we know when you have done the vinyl? What should we look for in the deadwax?

I've become quite proficient in finding Bob Ludwig mastered vinyl and would like to also build a collection of your vinyl.
