I remember in middle school, a few classmates of mine had a crush on Clapton.

The idea that his new wife could be one of those girls....man!

But, if it's true love, than so be it.

My mom was pretty bummed out. :( Fact is, I think a young chick is easier to handle the strangeness of the road, and being one of the best guitarists in the world. Able to keep up the hectic pace. I'm sure some 40-50 y.o. women are bendable, but as lono as they're in love and she can prove to be a solid muse, he's finally coming to a more solid part in his life.

Hope he actually stops drinking heavilly. He's known to "tickle a few" although he's supposed to be on the wagon. Hope she's tough!
