If you missed it last night it's on again tonight. I'm going to tape it this time. Best show I've seen on TV in quite a few years, if not ever.

Not bad, has great potential, but so far it lacks the "wow" factor of Lost, BSG, and a few others.

It did get the highest ratings of the night, though, which should ensure it staying around to develop its complex storylines.

It felt a little incomplete as an episode, but I understand that the pilot was originally conceived as a two hour episode, and they split it up, so that might explain it. It did have a great ending, though.

It looks really good in HD if you have access to that, too.

I thought it was pretty good. Definitely worth checking out the second episode.

I have it on my HD Tivo, still haven't watched it.

I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would, and the ending definitely came out of left field--in a good way.

Well, I taped it. Only problem is I had left the atsc tuner set to "zoom" instead of "wide". What a mess. Better than nothing though.

There seems to be some portions of the show that were removed, that's for sure. Like when those guys show up at her door she magically has changed her clothes.

I wish they had stuck with the two hour idea.

I saw a longer cut of the pilot a few months back - around 75-80 minutes or so - and thought the pacing of this revised first hour was much better. At least one new character - Greg Grunberg - will be introduced in the 2nd episode.

If she's the 'Mustang Sally' girl, then I second that. :agree:

All the shows that have been broadcast so far will be shown Sunday, all in a row. Maybe I'll get out the betamax and load in one of those 3 hour metal tapes.

I still wish it were better done, but this show has been really interesting and has been getting better each week.

I'm going to play catch-up with this series, having not, to date, seen a single episode. I did catch a few frames of last week's MOnday night episode, with the Asian guys in the casino, and was intrigued. Fellow co-workers have told me I should be watching it.

So I caught wind of the fact that they were airing a "marathon" last night and recorded the three episodes. This morning, while nuking the commercial material oof of these hard-disc recordings, I noted that it seemed to be episodes two, three and four that were on last night.

Will I be able to make sense of things without seeing the first hour episode?

I agree, but they maybe need to speed the pace slightly?

...Will I be able to make sense of things without seeing the first hour episode?...It moves at a pretty measured pace, so if you catch the "previously on Heroes" on the second episode, you will not be too lost. The pilot episode also used to be available via iTunes. I'm not sure if it still is.

I thought it was the 1st three episodes, and the 4th episode is on tonight (Monday) at the ususal time.

I taped it on ED BETA with a Betacam SP metal tape so the picture would normally look quite good, but since the Betamax hadn't been used for at least 5 years it seems it may have some oxididation on the heads since I'm getting some noise effects on the screen. All of my other tapes including pre-recorded ones have the same effects. Hopefully it will wear off and the picture returns to normal.

I watched most of the 3-hour marathon last night and I was quite intrigued. Not completely clued in to the prime story line but I'm hooked on it for the mean time. Also, Sci-Fi plays one episode of Heroes on Monday nights.

How many stations are running this show? I know NBC has it, Sci Fi has it but I found it running yesterday (Sunday) on TNT and another less "rerun station". Thats 4 at last count....how many fingers are in this pie? lol

I watched 2 episodes and couldn't figure out who the good guys are and who the bad guys are. I've given up on it.

There have already been four episodes. I thought they would have shown eps 1, 2 and 3 last night but apparently they showed 2, 3 and 4, which seems kinda useless.

I like the concept of the show and it's slickly produced but the terrible dialogue is a big flaw.

We've been hanging in there trying to keep up with the show. Nicely done but we don't know where its going.
