I've been throwing this question around recently...wanted to see what the board thought of it.
Gary Bonner and Alan Gordon. Wrote tons of excellent songs for the Turtles and others. Talk on the Turtles special about the original demos, and how different some were, et cetera.
My question: why has nobody ever ISSUED these things? I'd be fascinated to hear a pre-Turtles "She's My Girl," or even "Put the Clock back On the Wall."
