View Full Version : Does anyone own both the DCC & MFSL versions of The Beach Boys: Endless Summer
I own the DCC gold cd version and was wondering how the sound is on the MFSL gold cd. I thought this is the only album done by both companies on gold cd.

Mobile Fidelity released Surfer Girl/Surfin Safari on Gold. But not Endless Summer.
The only title that both DCC and Mobile Fidelity have released is Queen - A Night at the Opera

The MFSL Beach Boys songs on THEIR CD as compared to the same songs on the DCC CD.
If that is what you are asking, well, the DCC versions BLOW AWAY the MFSL versions!
I have them both. Get the DCC, avoid the MFSL!
IMO of course. ;)
Oops, I could have sworn I've seen it on MFSL but after checking aceman you're right. As for Queen I think I'll stick with my DCC copy. Oh well, Happy New Year anyways. :D

Jethro Tullīs "Thick as a Brick" has also been released by both MFSL and DCC. But only the first half of it. To be found on the DCC CD "Original Masters".
The DCC sounds better, IMHO.
