Oracle Turntable

I have a turntable by a company called Oracle, which I really love. However, the other night, I bumped into the shelf over the turntable, which was holding my preamp, and the shelf with preamp crashed onto the top of the turntable. Ouch. The Oracle's acrylic dust cover now features an unsightly HUGE crack. I'm so pissed at myself. At any rate, does anyone know if Oracle is still in business, or where I might get a replacement acrylic dust cover for it? (I'm not sure, but I believe Oracle was originally out of Canada.) I've not had much luck trying to "search the 'net".

welcome to the forum - I have an Oracle TT too - quite :cool: in the aesthetic stakes :)

I've ordered part from http://www.audiomax-ltd.com/oracle_accessories.htm before - they were sent factory direct from Canada (Oracle are very much alive and kicking) - the cover is listed at $210. when I spoke to them I think they found my accent a little hard to get their ears round :)

Hmmmm, never knew that! Only in Canada, you say? Pity. ;) :D

I've run across three (used) Oracles in the recent past. I wonder how they compare to the VPI models.... I should start another thread!
