Cool stuff! What master tape box are you and Steve holding?

It was CCR's Green River. The Photo was shot at DCC's office in Northridge... before the earthquake!!!

Nice shots. Why do you look so familiar Fireblade?
That turntable of yours is that "The Rock"? Sure looks like it!
The Krell. I don't think I've ever seen one like that. Is it as large as it appears?
Hope ya don't mind my curiousity and either I've met you before, or I've seen your face some where other than here. :)

The pic of the Green River has been on the DCC forum before. It was a great choice for a celebrity shot. Not everyone gets their picture taken next to a classic master tape.

Oh, and Steve's pretty cool too. :D

Well, I'll be...! I just walked into a newly discovered stereo store and that very Krell was sitting there! That's twice I've seen it today! :D

Fireblade,

I've wondered about your moniker, and your photo album titled "Honda" just confirmed my guess that maybe you love the Honda 'Blade. You do! I don't know why they don't use that name here in the USA - Fireblade sounds so much better than 929RR.

I enjoyed your photos, particularly the 600 since I have one of the early F1 "jelly-bean" in white/silver. Nowhere near the horsepower of the later models, but a real hoot to ride anyway. Damn thing's in storage back in Australia, though, and I sure miss having a bike. Spent too much on my hifi recently, but maybe next year.

Nice mountain shots - I think that downhill.jpg is a very cool.

Regards,
Metralla

The turntable is a Well Tempered Signature. Yes, the Krell is a very large CD player... one of the best player what I've ever heard.

Yes, I spent a lot of $$$ with my stereo gear, but now... I "invest" my $$$ in hardware from Apple and Honda;-)

Music is always my hobby... high end was my toy! Since I started riding bike again... it makes more fun rather than spend my bucks in big high end components!

Okay the picture below is not me, but the same bike, and I love it riding like that in our hills...

Fireblade,
Nice bike man. Looks like it just flys.

Your turntable looks very similar to one that I was checking out about 10 years ago at a place here where I live called The Sound Gallery I think it went for around $2,000 Can. The thing I most remember about this one is the granite base, hence forth "The Rock".

Those transparent computer pieces came out rather good in your shots. They look pretty cool.

Have you ever visited here?
