Is anybody else surprised that there are not more releases for the holidays?

I thought there would be a bunch of SACD's and remasters in time for the holidays. Oh well :confused:

Because of many different things that have transpired this year, many record companies have seen a decline in stocks and sales.

But FWIW, there are tons of new releases coming out over and over every week, but SACD and DVD-A have seen better days. DTS CDs have taken a standstill for a long time. What's interesting is, DVD and home theatre will be one of the big sellers his season.

Like I said, this year has been most sTrAnGe,.... Wait for February-ish. See what happens when the Xmas dust clears...?

Stocks going up, but that means little when the Xmas season is only approching. Things will get better.

Hang in there. When dedicated SACD manufacturing plants have been built in the U.S., the floodgates will open.
