View Full Version : It appears the Gold cd realm is no longer
Tried to access John Harps gold cd realm and the prodigy server says that it doesn't exist.
If this turns out to be right I hope someone was smart enough to actually copy his site.
How 'bout you Zoo?

I just hit google and was able to save everything from the google "cached pages", except for the MFSL sections (can't find them, other than the main MFSL index).
If the site stays down for long, I'll see if I can put them up till John resurfaces.

Just found the MFSL cached pages as well, I think I have them all now.
PHEW!
I thought we almost lost that dream site.:D

Do you have enough bandwidth usage to post the site as a mirror, Holy?

Yep, although I'm wondering if there's any way to find John and make sure he's ok with it.
Any ideas?

I've written to John at amicus1@prodigy.net and everyone else should do the same thing.

Just don't tell him and he'll be fine with it.;)

Talked to John, and he said he's fine with us mirroring it... so, with no further adieu...

I just thought I'd mention that the Audiophile Realm was up and running this evening. Go figure.

Jeff, I e-mailed you a color restored copy of the MFSL FAQ based on the original format of the questions and answers and the tables.
Jeff,
Yeah John is a really nice guy. He told me to grab it and do what ever I wanted with it.
I thought "How decent that even though he can't afford his site anymore he doesn't want to deprive any of us from having it"
And many thanks to you for grabbin' it:D

Yeah, I had a similar interaction. Indeed - I told him that I'm happy to just let him have some free space on my server so that he can continue to own it. I'm working with him to help set it up now.
