'Antiques' Channel [Archive]

How do you think an "All Antiques" channel would go over? I mean stuff like the 'Antiques Road Show', 'Cash In The Attic' and similar programs. There seems to be enough of them produced and more could be done for a dedicated channel like 'Antiques News' and such.

Opinions?

My wife and I would love it, but it certainly wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea.

I would love that. H&G TV used to have a variety of collectibles shows (i watched them all, can't seem to remember names), but most have been pulled and replaced with how to shows, so the market may not be as big as needed.

hell, they have worse channels. nothing wrong with an antiques chanel.

It could include things like the old Popular Mechanics films about the world of tomorrow via the 50's and 60's, or the film about the making of 78 records.
