Differences between extended and theatrical versions of Lord of the Rings?

Where can I find a list of the specific differences between the theatrical and extended cuts of the Lord of the Rings?

I'm curious to know what's been cut, since the extended version of the Return of the Kind actually loses the flashback of Boromir (Sean Bean) with his brother, Faramir. Not essential to the plot, but I kind of miss it.

The Boromir/Faramir scene (beginning with Boromir's speech to the city and with Denethor sending Boromir to go to the council at Rivendell) is in the extended version of The Two Towers.

If you have the Extended Edition DVDs, the menus specify which scenes are different and added.
