I just saw this on the tvshowsondvd.com web site. They show an April 12th street date for the first season set. ;) We just had a thread about Bob recently and now we get a big piece of news!

Hopefully, this doesn't turn out to be a single-scooper party pooper, but marks a renewed commitment on Fox's part to eventually putting *all* the MTM shows out on DVD. This is some of the finest programming in the history of American television, and it's ludicrous that it's mostly unrepresented on disc.

You can keep your "Gilligan's Island" and "Munsters" sets; I want Bob's shows, and Mary's, and "WKRP", and "St. Elsewhere", "and "Hill Street Blues". Let's have 'em!

Wow, I'm REALLY looking forward to this one. One of my favorite all time shows.

When this show hits the streets you will be able to recreate that Saturday night block of Four sitcoms on CBS.
All In The Family
MASH
Mary Tyler Moore
Bob Newhart
They were followed by Carol Burnett
For my money, maybe the best night of TV in the history of TV.
I know they didn't all premiere the same season, but it might still be fun to watch them together.
